My Story

My name is Olivier Olthof, I am 21 years old and have been dreaming of a career as a professional racing driver since my youth. The first step in this journey was karting. At 15, I started working hard to finance my dream. Sometimes I had five jobs at once. Thanks to this dedication, I made the transition from a hobby kart to the Rotax Max Senior within a year and a half. Today I run two of my own companies, Leadmachines.nl and NXTGP iRacing, I am team manager at a karting team, and I gained experience at GP Elite. Last year I made my motorsport debut in the Mazda MX-5 Cup, the highest level of car racing in the Netherlands.

My Vision

I believe that impossible = possible if you give it everything you have. That's why I fully commit myself: I work as much as possible, skip parties and focus on my goals.

My dream goes beyond just personal success. I want to inspire others, especially children who, like me, have to start without financial support from home. I want to show that with perseverance, hard work and overcoming setbacks, you can achieve anything. Every challenge has made me stronger and brought me closer to my goals.

Passion & Performance

My Passion

Racing is my life. The feeling of enormous speeds, the tension of sharp corners, the battle for victory,it's all unparalleled. Racing is not only physically, but also mentally challenging. Everything I do in my life revolves around racing.

I am not only a driver, but also my own mechanic, logistics planner, marketer, entrepreneur and coach. Beside the racing track I run two of my own companies, Leadmachines.nl and NXTGP iRacing, I am team manager at a karting team and gained experience at GP Elite. I arrange the financial picture myself and I take care of the technical setup of my car. Fortunately, I have the support of my father, who guides and helps me where possible.

My Achievements

On the car racing track, I race among boys who get everything handed to them: mechanics, financing and complete preparation. Despite having to arrange everything myself, I have achieved 7 podium finishes and 1 victory in 13 races. This proves that with passion, dedication and perseverance, you can achieve anything.

Race the MAX5 Cup championship, highest level of car racing in NL
1 August: Nordschleife debut in the BMW M2 Racing 2026 + obtain Permit A
End of 2026: obtain Permit B on the Nordschleife
Learn, gain experience and progress to the next level

Long-term goals

Within 3 years: racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup
Progress to GT4 Porsche and BMW M2 Cup full season
Long-term: racing the 24H Le Mans

Personal growth

Further grow my two companies (Leadmachines.nl and NXTGP iRacing)
Build a strong partner network around my racing career
Whatever it takes, every day

To make this possible, I will keep doing and tackling the same things. It's all about never giving up. You also need a bit of luck, but you create that yourself!
