Mijn Verhaal

My name is Olivier Olthof, I am 20 years old and have been dreaming of a career as a professional racing driver since my youth. The first step in this journey was karting. At 15, I started working hard to finance my dream. Sometimes I even had five jobs at once. Thanks to this dedication, I made the transition from a hobby kart to the Rotax Max Senior within a year and a half. And now I can proudly say that I am making my debut in motorsport this year!

My Vision

I believe that impossible = possible if you give it everything you have. That's why I fully commit myself: I work as much as possible, skip parties and focus on my goals.

My dream goes beyond just personal success. I want to inspire others, especially children who, like me, have to start without financial support from home. I want to show that with perseverance, hard work and overcoming setbacks, you can achieve anything. Every challenge has made me stronger and brought me closer to my goals.

My Passion

Racing is my life. The feeling of enormous speeds, the tension of sharp corners, the battle for victory—it's all unparalleled. Racing is not only physically, but also mentally challenging. Everything I do in my life revolves around racing.

I am not only a driver, but also my own mechanic, logistics planner, marketer, entrepreneur and coach. I arrange the financial picture myself, and I take care of the technical setup of my kart and car. Fortunately, I have the support of my father, who guides and helps me where possible.

My Achievements

On the kart and car racing track, I race among boys who get everything handed to them: mechanics, financing and complete preparation. Despite having to arrange everything myself, I have achieved three podium finishes and one victory in just eight races. This proves that with passion, dedication and perseverance, you can achieve anything.
